This project began when the homeowner reached out to us midway through the construction of their new home. Our design team quickly evaluated the property and identified a key challenge: the limited backyard depth didn’t align with the client’s vision for a personal outdoor oasis.

Bringing Dream to Life
We implemented extensive grading and constructed retaining walls to maximize usable space. The custom design included a pool, outdoor living area, and sport court—each element carefully planned and executed.
Rosetta Grand Ledge was used as the structural retaining wall behind the pool, while Unilock U-Cara complemented the firepit area. Around the firepit, Beacon Hill XL pavers with turf inlays added a bold, modern touch. To enhance the natural feel around the sport court and putting green, we integrated Mountain Rock boulders.
Thanks to thoughtful design and precise execution, we transformed a tight backyard into a luxurious, resort-style retreat—all completed within just three months.
